I was thinking about this after I created my most recent mission. I created a good mission but I failed to realize my association had just changed. Which means association of choice does not gain anything by taking my mission.

If I want folks to take this mission, but it exists under a low population class, can't I just make the mission again under a different association?

I'm curious as to the why/whynot's I should do this.

Example = Create the same mission for all of the classes would ensure any class could take my mission for that class.
I get point for the missions, they get to keep their association, everyone wins. Or am I missing something?

I don't see why you couldn't--just mention it in your intro so that you don't get slammed in the comments section.

I've thought about it myself, since my missions are spread all over the place...

Yeah, I deffinately don't want to be sneaky about it. I've created a duplicate mission and put the class in the subject of the mission.

We shall see if this is something worthwhile.

I guess my only misgivings about doing it are that there are those who will abuse it...and intentionally change Association just to make duplicate missions...so that they can level up without doing any additional work.

I thought about that also, but who is going to take the mission twice?

Having a duplicated mission doesn't automatically mean double the points. Just double the opportunity to take the mission.

I guess that's why this is beta. Let's see what we can break!

People will take the mission twice when they want to switch Associations...

They'll take the same version of the mission twice (or more) in order to switch -- rather than playing both versions once each. (I think is what is meant.)

I've been thinking about this myself, but I might just make a note of the people who took the first mission I made and PM them that I'm going to delete it, and ask them to click through it in its new location. Otherwise, since I'm still pretty low-level, it does seem a bit cheaty to duplicate a mission, even with good intentions, since it would also let me Level Up.

Exactly...and there are those who will just make the same mission over-and-over-and-over with just a change in title so that they can level up.

Should there be a way to vote for mission deletion, and that such deletions would reduce a level and earned dp, then there will be fewer crappy missions.

The vote for deletion could very well be abused too.

I would think a more prudent approach would be to minimize the need/want to create the same mission per each class. The mission:class adjustment ratios are far too sensitive. I took one mission from a benefactor over the past two days, and today I'm a benefactor.
