Getting the destroyer rank takes a lot of things, not just planting mines. You have to take destroyer missions and avoid other types of missions and other types of items. I'm not sure of the exact number, but just keep on keeping on and eventually you'll get what you want :) |

The associations cycle only about every 3 days. So don't go nuts trying to get it to change. I usually just make sure I've taken one more X mission than any others to get the one I want when they cycle. |
