It seems like mines are ineffective, an not very cost effective. St. Nicks are 10 DP's, mines are 100. It almost seems pointless to keep using mines, given how big the internet is, and how plentiful St. Nicks are. It also seems like mines take a while to kick in. I laid a mine on a site yesterday, and it took a day until it activated. Maybe get rid of this activation time for mines, or a chance of failure for st. nicks. |

I think maybe mines should earn the layer money, if successful, but otherwise I agree with capstinence, mines are not useless at all. Like a friend of mine frequents this forum, so I laid a couple of mines on it, it was funny :D |

Yeah, I don't exactly see the point of mines, other than to be annoying. Perhaps if they stole the DPs instead of just deleting them? That would make laying them a lot more beneficial to the player. Of course, this would also make destroyers a lot more popular... --Erty |

@ertyseidel: Then make St. Nicks steal DPs as well. It'll (hopefully) balance things out. |

Yeah, but there's really no incentive right now, other than to annoy people. Adding the incentive of getting DPs would increase their use and effectiveness --Erty |

Ohhh. I see. I never got that there were class points. I haven't exactly figured out how all that works yet. Sounds good to me. --Erty |
