I haven't been "playing" for very long but I have some fun ideas. Mines
Armor
Well thats all the ideas I have for now. Feel free to tell me I'm stupid or add to the above ideas. I'm really looking forward to the rest of my stay in the world of PMOG! |

I don't like the idea of the mines, because:
The armor sounds better, even though it doesn't make too much sense pragmatically. Plus St. Nicks are already available for revenge. |

Joe: I totally understand where you are coming from, but even though they do hijack your browser they create a minor inconvenience at most. The mines in use now actually make my window un-maximize and vibrate creating a small inconvenience to begin with. Void the warp mine the mines wont take you any where you haven't seen. Also, I think the game may need a little bit more variation to hook a larger amount of "players". Side note : has any one else noticed when you take away the page style from the missions page there are 3 mysterious badges displayed? |

If the hijack takes you to a NSFW page, you could get the player in substantial RL trouble. Also, can you imagine chaining the warp mines? dropping them on one mined page after another? You'd grind them to hamburger fast. |

One thing that's obvious about this game is the idea of *choice*. You can CHOOSE to go through a portal, take a mission, etc. The only thing you can't choose is to be hit by an unknown mine, but it does not hijack your browser in a way other than 'nudge' the window. This nudging causes no strong inconvenience to the user in a non-PMOG way. If you take this choice away from the players, and force the issue on them far more strongly, then it will likely alienate a lot of them. I am sorry, but I cannot see the benefit of something acting in such an overt way. |

I think it's actually a pretty awesome idea, but maybe it would work better at some separate tier of play? What if after a certain level, players could choose to take part in a more involved PMOG. Totally optional, it could include a separate set of actions for each association. Chaos orders get more problematic skills/tools, i.e., slipe's mines. Order... orders like benefactors could have a crate that traps troublesome items from being set onto pages. |

There is too much opportunity for abuse with the mines. They're irritating enough as it is. The reflective armor however, I endorse. |
