You can lay up to 50 on a profile page. If you're able to track down their blog / twitter / home page ... the sky's your limit. If you're only laying a couple of mines before the maximum is reached, that might be that they aren't visiting their profile often (or at all, in the case of some folks I've mined.) |

It's simple. The max Nicks you can give someone is 5. One Nick is used every time they try to plant a mine. So, your 5 Nicks are burnt up by 5 mines. And after that... they can dump 50 mines on your profile in rapid succession. My advice; mine 'em back. Or, a little more time consuming; buy a WHOLE bunch of Nicks, leave a tab open on their page and when you get a message that they have tripped your Nick hit them with another till they are maxed, and keep hitting them. By the way, I note that pixielo has mined you a lot... you didn't Nick pixielo? Really? Fools rush in where angels fear to tread... |

@Babybull Perhaps you noticed later on that I had run through all the mines myself? That I had mined myself in order to get the Mines badges? When I have to bust through 5 Nicks just to lay mines on my own profile, it's annoying. Sometimes I send Pmail to the Nicker, requesting that they stop, sometimes I just mine back...
As far as I'm concerned, I'd rather stop mining you.
