I'm left a little bit unclear by the different terms used to describe portals. Portals seem to be lain and taken, which appears to be a fairly straightforward distinction. But in one's profile, the Inventory Usage lists "Portal Transportations." What are these? Do they indicate the number of times I have taken others' portals? The number of times portals I have lain have been taken by others? And for level advancement, a number of portals "used" is one of the potential requirements. Does "used" mean lain or taken?

I think they are the number of times people have used your portals. I'm very certain of this because I know that I have not clicked on 146 other portals, so other people must have used my portals 146 times. I think for level advancement it means the number lain.

For the level up, it only seems to count the number of hits your portals have accumulated.

Unfortunately that makes the item requirements of leveling up inconsequential since people follow much more portals than you can place lightpost, create missions etc.

For example. I currently am at -157 items for my next level and I've already exceeded the requirements for level 20!

Either the portal requirements for levelling up should be increased tenfold, or the game should reuire "portals placed" instead of "portal hits"
