Considering PMOG runs with a Firefox extension, I find myself wishing that Portals were set up to launch you to a new tab. Sometimes while following a Mission, I come across a Portal that I would really like to follow but I know that if I click on it, my Mission will get all borked and angry. Right-clicking and asking it to open in a new tab doesn't seem to accomplish much. |

Portals are chaotic tools, hellbent on interrupting even the most compelling mission. Opening in a new tab would defeat the purpose, and also remove any decision-making. :) |

Try bookmarking the page you find the portal. Then once you complete your mission...go back to the site with the spiffy portal. |

Or just remember which page it was in, and after you finish the mission, and you can see the whole list of links, click on that step to go back and follow it. However I have to agree. The ability to open a portal in a tab should be there as I would allow mission creators (for example) to put optional NSFW links without marking the whole mission NSFW. |
