This is a problem I have seen recently when it happened to myself, the page had indeed load, and even reloading didnt help.

In the end I had to refresh my toolbar which sorted the problem.

If you need to do that click the "P" in the far left of the toolbar, then click "help" and then "refresh toolbar"

Then reload the page and you should be ok.

I will also ask the question again about why it happens.
