Since I first started playing PMOG... a short time ago, I've like portals. They're cool! They're like lamposts with none of the responsibility (well, except to not link to MyMinicity, but that hardly counts)! They're *swirly*!

That being said, I've got three suggestions with portals.
1) Can we please update the Codex page? Looking through the forum backlogs there hardly seems to be a single page without the same one or two questions about how portals work.

2) Can we get some sort of Portal management page? I mean, in order for them to be properly chaotic (and I'm all for chaos) we don't really need control over them... but just some way to keep track of them and their ratings (if for no other reason than to avoid redundancy) would be nice.

3) Can we maybe get some way of keeping track of which (or at least how many) users rate our portals? I mean, one guy giving a portal a rating of 1 on a new portal looks as bad as several people doing the same thing on an older one if you see what I'm getting at. It might be best to maintain anonymity, though, to prevent griefing... then again, it might be kind of funny. I dunno, PMOG's atmosphere is kinda a weird one like that.

Anyways, thoughts?
