Piku, I understand completely--I do. So now, I'm going to recommend No Script solely for blocking the RickRoll. It has the added benefits of blocking unwanted videos of any type from hijacking your browser or subjecting you to nausea-causing snippets of porn.

With that said, I'm sending you a list of names that cause me to turn on No Script full blast and allow me to proceed with caution. Refuse to give in, take the darn thing, rate it 1 star, and then leave appropriate comments if so desired (please, no profanity--even if you really feel like it!!)

I dont mind the youtube version where its "oh you got me ^^" kind of thing, but the script one that keeps you there for 4 minutes is really lame. Anyone that does link to shock sites or links to a website that traps you should get a temp ban - 1day, then 2 days, then 4days etc for repeated offences..

Oooh, the "you've been bad. Time-out!" idea seems good. Right now, there's nothing to discourage would be mischief makers (the bad kind of mischief :P). A DP fine as a 'punishment' wouldn't necessarily work because it might be worth it to them to pay the fine and just keep on at it. A suspension, though, is much more severe because it stops you dead in your tracks and takes away this enjoyable game that they like in the first place.

Of course, if the mission is correctly labeled as containing such material (as in my "Worst of the Internet" mission), it would be silly take any sort of suspension or banning action. Also, taking a mission that you know has content you don't want to be subjected to just to give it a one-star rating is pretty lame.

The problem lies in portals titled 'Why Obama Will Win,' and those similarly deceitful titles. Do I care? Meh, I use No Script, so they don't affect me anymore. Once is enough. However, when the mission makers and portal layers do NOT label their creations as NSFW, like most of the kiddies who make these nasty missions, then I agree that there should be a repurcussion or two. Most of that seems to be seen in the tags/St.Nicks and mines left on a person's profile. I'll be impressed if Ultimatepuff can ever lay another mine or gains any non-minor non-Rival allies. Why am I calling them 'kiddies?' Hmm...they report their ages as 13, 15--those are kids, and they are acting childish. I would enjoy having a vote to ban them after their actions show them to be annoying and hate-filled participants.

As far as taking crappy missions, well, I take all the missions anyway. If they're worth one star, that's what they get. Particularly if the mission maker just recycles the sites used. It's particularly lame to take five missions by one person only to have each of them contain the same six sick-o sites. But that's an opinion--not that everyone agrees with me (that would be boring!) but quite a few do.
