Every time I see the message that a crate has been stashed, I click on the Loot option, and I get the moving striped progress bar, but it never actually loots, it only hangs. If I refresh the page, same deal. I am using FF3, but same thing happened in FF2. Please HELP |

I suspect that someone else is looting at the same time as you. I get this sometimes and when I check the Events page, that seems to be what has happened. |

I would agree with sylverling here, if someone has looted it at the same time, it's just down to who pressed loot first, if it seems to be hanging forever, you were too slow! |

I'm getting the same thing, but it's not an issue of someone looting at the same time, because it's a crate someone left on my profile. I click loot and it hangs - if I refresh, it's still there waiting to be looted. FF 3.0 rc2 (Windows) and latest version of toolbar here. |

I have a friend who is having the same problem... but also can't seem to take missions or do much of anything besides lay mines...it may be an Add-On compatibility problem but she hasn't tried that yet... |

This sounds like a Firefox profile issue. I am going to create a static page later today with instructions on how to make a new Firefox profile and hopefully that will resolve most of these issues. |

"make a new Firefox profile" So I'd have to start over, reconfiguring Firefox, addons, themes, bookmarks, etc with a brand new profile in order to be able to loot crates? Sounds like an awful lot of work (and work-arounds) to get one extension working... |
