I keep clicking on "Dismiss," and this mission keeps popping up again when I return to the same webpage, or other webpages.

It's distracting me from my lolcats. Can I makez it goes away plz?

I will have someone look into why this is happening. The code may have changed where it is not differentiating between dismiss and close.
