i have tried taking many missions in the past couple hours and none of them have allowed me to continue past the first page. the orange block never appears at the bottom. i have tried stopping the page loading and i have also tried refreshing the page. i have tried loading it and waiting an hour to see if maybe it wasn't appearing cause i hadn't waited long enough. but to no avail. |

I've been having the same problem as well, restarting Firefox didn't help. The problem is usually, but not always, with the first page in the mission. |

The only time I've had this happen was with missions that are broken in one way or another. The first URL might redirect to another (which breaks the mission), or there could be frames over the box. |

I'm having the same issue. I was able to go through one mission and now I don't see the orange box anymore. Any ideas? |

After rebooting FF a few times my PMOG is working again. Looks like rebooting was the answer for me. |

Be very careful about any bug where the solution seems to be multiple reboots or restarts. Many times it has nothing at all to do with the client restart, other than the fact that the restart took time. If possible, it is often helpful to note the time ( as exact as possible), what you were doing, what url you were trying to access, etc. it is possible that they are having server side issues that are affecting performance and being able to correlate times with server logs is very helpful. It would also be helpful for them if you just come back to the exact same mission later ( without the reboots) and see if that page ever works. this will help them see if it is a problem with the related page or not. |
