Two players put crates on my page as part of seperate deals/trades. I clicked on loot and nothing happened. I repayed them both what they lost...but now I'm short :( . This isn't a lag problem because I haven't received any money or mines. Could anyone suggest a solution? Thanks! |

I had the same issue--and then I checked my inventory. I had looted the crates w/o a confirmation pop-up! So as soon I reloaded the page, all the items appeared in my Toolbar as expected. Are you positive that this did not happen to you? |

I thought I had this problem too but my own event feed showed I had looted a couple crates even tho' I did not get a confirmation pop-up. |

I think that this is what happened, since my DP's increased. Nonetheless, the messages in those crates were kinda relevant, so I hope this bug or whatever it is gets fixed. Thanks guys! |

I have the same problem. Very annoying not knowing what is in the crate I am getting, so BUMPED FOR IMPORTANCE. |

I have experienced the same as Pixielo, I just got no response saying what was in the crate. The loot was in my inventory though once I refreshed. |

@Coolbito--then you may have received St. Nicks since they don't show up on your toolbar. However, when you receive multiple crates, you can still view the contents before looting--even if you don't get the confirmation pop-ups. |

Mine did give a pop up, said it had 5 crates in it, no inventory changes at all... I got the pop up and was allowed to send a thank you, but no inventory increase (even on reload) |

I got what appeared to be 3 crates from Sarastini with 10 lightposts each, but none of them were added to my inventory, even after refreshing. |
