I get this too, every time I start Firefox I get a Login Failed message and to sign in I have to click "Switch Users."

i'm getting the same issue, and have updated to the most recent version. Additionally have entered the username\password in the addon options, and specified for firefox to remember my password. |

Having the same problem, just with the newest pmog update. can login to the website but toolbar gives login failed, can't switch users. jaysin9: i don't have an option to re-enter my username/password under add-on options... |

tools->addons when i select "pmog" and hit the options button. it prompts me for a username and password so i can change preferences. It seems to cache that info, as if i go back with the same firefox session it will not prompt for username\password again. |

Try changing your password as well...I used a secure password with numbers and caps and couldn't log in till I changed it to something simpler. |
