I need someone who has an issue with being unable to lay a crate/lightpost or is not getting any mission popups, etc. to contact me. I need to test something in real time. Please either reply here, and PMail me, or if you have access to IRC, please msg me there. Thanks. |

Let me provide some additional information: The likely cause of this problem is that your toolbar is sending bad login information to PMOG. This is caused by upgrading your browser, but not having your cache/cookies/etc. completely cleared out. Click on Tools > Clear Private Data (you do not need to clear your history) Additionally, click on the "P" in the toolbar > Help > Manage Profiles and select only "Clear all stored PMOG Passwords." Then, completely restart Firefox. Heck, even to be safe, restart your computer. Sorry if this is a little extra work for some, but basically, old information is hanging around and we need to get new information in there. If anyone could wait, and contact me first before trying these steps, I can confirm this is actually the case and make sure it is not something more serious. |

I'm willing to try out your fix - just let me know if you need to check anything before I begin. By the way, this fix sounds a LOT more reasonable than making a new FF profile. Didn't mean to sound snippy in that other thread, just wasn't looking forward to figuring out how to transfer over all my bookmarks, extensions, etc just to get PMOG working. |

Basically, I just need to know when someone is trying to do something that hasn't been working for them, so I can watch the logs for specific information. It would be helpful to know "I am going to try laying 5 crates on yahoo.com" and then be able to watch for any errors that result from that. Also, if you go to Tools > Error Console in Firefox, anything that appears there when something is not working is very useful for debugging. Sadly, my PMOG always works just fine =( |

Okay, thanks to @rossruns, I confirmed is it an issue with the authenticity token. Also, from watching the logs a lot of people seem to be encountering this issue. Therefore, I encourage everyone to do the steps outlined above if they encounter any PMOG related issue. |

Is this why I keep getting a 'failed to stash crate' message, and then I lose that crate anyway? |
