This is a thread from Get Satisfaction where I helped another user get their PMOG working (and some other random people who stumbled across the thread after getting that error). http://getsatisfaction.com/gamel... You'll need to read all of my replies to find the right one. There is a link to the Mozilla knowledge base that explains the 203 error.
