I am fairly sure that Lifehacker.com causes errors in tools, missions and portals used on the site. This is because of some type of caching that Gawker Media does with the site not directly due to a PMOG. I think this bug only triggers when caching is being used by the site which is not 100% of the time.

I had someone message me about my mission being broken at lifehacker and I though it was just the pmog lag problem BUT after trying to submit a lifehacker page to Digg.com today I noticed that Digg also had a bug not being able to identify the caching pages and would tell you those pages did not exists. I am guessing what ever they do to serve the gawker media pages is causing the problems.
