So - I'm liking the links to the various things laid on a page. It's working quite well for the most part. Only down side is obviously the stuff you're dropping into the mark-up is subject to the CSS of the page. Is this intentional or do you intend look at ways of making it always appear the same? In some ways, it makes it more of a challenge, because the next link or whatever is hidden - which could be a desirable effect. I've been doing some work recently at the beeb on creating widgets that slot into any page on the bbc and will always look the same (they have themes) using external CSS (not inline, as is one solution) and keeping the font-sizes etc. relative. So, it's actually easy enough if you write some CSS resets for the widget content. |
