Just gathered up a load of points, broke into level two, opened up a new browser and lost everything. Points halved themselves (was around 1300, now 668), level went away although the number of points required to reach (what says level 2 now) level 3 are still >1000, like when I broke into level 2. Any ideas? Temporary glitch? |

Sorry to hear that! Our system periodically decides to jump back in time a few hours. It's something we're aware of and are working on. I am going to send you some DP to try to make amends for this. Sorry again. |

this has happened to me just now. i did the same thing, i reached lv2 2 hours ago, got up to 2500 datapoints and it literally went down to 754 datapoints. my lv is now level 1 (again, i shoul be lv2 w/ 2500 dp). please help |

you may be compensated for your lost points, but they can't give you your level back. |

i need only 70 datapoints for level 2 anyway. but halfway through level 2 i was and i earnt 2.48k... aw well |
