Haven't noticed a recent thread on this and it does seem to be an issue with one of the 0.5 releases...
If I do a "badge run" right after midnight, I get 2 DP each for several sites (io9, jezebel...) but not for MetaFilter, Digg, Massively, Valleywag, Perez Hilton, Eurogamer, ICHC, Nintendo, or Reddit. I get DP for other sites (e.g., all the Google sites), including PMOG.com. But not on those other sites.
Perhaps a related problem but several badges should have taken much less time. I've been visiting those sites pretty much every day for over a month and some of these require relatively few visits so I'm guessing my visits aren't accounted for.
(If this is in fact a FAQ, sorry. I did look a bit but nothing obvious came up.)
