I downloaded and installed the PMOG toolbar extension today. I have icons for lightposts, portals, crates, mines, armor and datapoints. However, I do not have an icon for St. Nicks. Is there some requirement(s) that I must fulfill before I use them, or is this a genuine software issue? Details:

Remember, Pmog is still beta. The St. Nicks not showing up is not your fault, it's the game. |

St. Nicks don't appear on your toolbar because you don't attach St. Nicks to a webpage, you attach them to users. If you trip a mine, you will be given the option of placing a St Nick on its creator. Also, you can attach a St Nick to a specific player on their profile page. Hope this helps. |

The St. Nicks are supposed to be vengeance weapons, not offensive weapons--so if you had them on the Toolbar, you could make a preemptive strike...and I don't think that is too Vigilante-like. Of course, I could be wrong... |

I just tripped a mine.. well two of them, apparently since my attempts to use the option to use a St. Nicks on that page didn't work and I accidentally went back and was hit again. I'm not sure why I couldn't attach one to the site. I have only used one St. Nicks before and it worked fine, so I'm not sure what happened this time, but it does seem like a bug and I am pretty sure I usually can see them in the toolbar, whether I can use them or not and I can't see them now. Edit: I guess I couldn't see them.. I was just taking a mission which explains about St. Nicks among other things. "Why Don't St. Nicks Appear in my Toolbar? The items on your toolbar can be left on individual pages. St. Nicks, however, attach to other players, not to pages. They are invisible. Each St. Nick prevents that user from dropping one mine (the St. Nick and the mine are destroyed in the process). You can deploy a St. Nick when you trip someone’s mine, or you can navigate to a user’s profile and attach a St. Nick using a button at the top of the profile page." Guess that answers that.. =P |

I know that you don't place them on web pages, I just think that it would be nice to glance down and see how many Nicks I have. |

@turtlefemm: there is a limit on the # of St. Nicks that any one player can have attached to them @ any given point. you weren't allowed to st. nick the other player b/c of this, but there isn't feedback yet that that is the case. :/ Hope that clears it up! Thanks for playing. :) |
