I am not a destroyer class despite the fact I have laid over 30 mines. Now I can't purchase mines. I am however a seer even though I haven't placed a single portal. What gives? |

The biggest question of all pmog, I swear this should be in a faq when you first log in... it gets everyone... Your associations are affected about ten times as much by what missions you take as what items you use. Keep doing destroyer missions and you'll be fine. |

Actually, that's not true anymore. http://pmog.com/forums/pmog-news... @nickolasstevens just give it a day - it can take time for your association to reset. I've found that my associations adjust the day after taking an action. |

I think your most recent actions play a big role in determining your associations more than your overall history. What actions did you do most in the day before your last association update? |

Oh, and I think taking portals counts toward seer class (not sure). There is also speculation that it's the "default" class if nothing else has any use. (Those things aren't in the FAQ) |

I am going to confirm what orangerineman is saying. Taking portals does count towards being a seer. Also, association are running quite frequently (sometimes twice a day, typically once a day) so your latest action have a very large impact on your associations. As an example, I used probably 20 armors the other day. However, in the past 24 hours I laid a few crates. Now I am a benefactor. This is how it goes! |
