I created a Portal on this page: http://www.angelfire.com/scifi/m...
to this page: http://www.worlddreambank.org/U/... (NSFW), and I checked the NSFW box. But there doesn't seem to be any warning on the portal that the link is NSFW. I think there should be, even for people who don't mind visiting NSFW pages.
