So I tried to send orangerineman a Pmail from his profile. So I click the scroll image to get the text field, and I type my message as usual. But when I click the "send" button, instead of seeing the normal "your message has been delivered" notification, I see this:
Yes, that's the Messages page loading inside his profile. It is reproducible. I've tested it three times on his profile and twice on other users'. I never had this bug until I upgraded to version 0.419, so maybe it's related to that? I can still send messages from the Messages page without a problem. I'm running Firefox 3.0.1 on Mac OS X 10.5.4. |

Yep. I've got it too. But I can send messages via the toolbar interface. Don't know if that helps any.

Addendum! Maybe this needs a thread of its own... I just looted a crate and clicked the "Send IM" button inside it, to thank the stasher. Nothing happened at all after I clicked the link, it was unresponsive. |

I had that same thing happen yesterday, so it's not related to the new release at all... plus I am not 100% sure obviously, but I don't think toolbar releases have anything to do with the site. However, I can definitely say that I had the same thing happen a couple times before today... I just cast it off as random because it hadn't happened much. |

The original bug I posted about has been fixed (thanks!) but the one about the "send IM" button in the "you looted a crate" box is still alive and well. It makes it rather inconvenient to send a thank-you for a gift. :-) |

@uselessness, i tested this yesterday and while I didnt get the "message sent" when i looked in my sent items the message was there. I know thats no consolation to you but at least my message went. |

I'm not even seeing the "compose a message" box. When I click "Send IM," nothing happens at all. |

Oddly enough, I can't send messages from popup boxes. I don't get anything when I receive a mine, crate, or message and click on "send an IM" or "reply." No new Send IM box. However, with the exception of orangerineman, I appear to be able to send IMs from profiles. Still can't send to him. |
