Before I go off accusing anyone of anything, I'd like to stated that it seems a bit much to have 60 plus st nicks from one person. Considering a mine cost 100 and a st nick only cost 10 the balance is a little more than in favor of the st nick. If this is a bug similar to the mine bug that does not go away I'd like to point it out now that there may be a st nick bug. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm not going to use any player names as it just usually ends up in a backlash and needless grieving.

I thought one person could only put one St. Nick at a time on someone else.

That would solve the balance issue; sure a St. Nick costs much less but if you can only tag someone with one St. Nick at a time you're going to have to use some finesse.

Well if only one person can only do one st nick at a time then there is a bug. Because I had one person do over 40 on me last night. If it is a bug then I'm not going to state the person because it's not their fault. However the bug should be looked into then.

Did I do it? I may have but some Nicks on you, but I don't think I would have put 40 on you. I have been feeling particular vengeful lately, though, because of ultimatepuff. But you can definitely place multiple Nicks on somebody using the button on their profile page.

The low price of Nicks is a recent change, probably to encourage people to be Vindicators.

I think you may have placed one or two, but the person I was talking about, he and I have talked and are on good terms. I think the bug just made a lot of people rightfully up set. Hopefully the it will get worked out and we can get on with usually game mechanics and pass the bug.

It's kind of funny, then, that in the face of accusations of laying hundreds of mines, somebody like ultimatepuff doesn't deny, but just calls himself a griefer. So that's still pathetic.

As to the current prices, I think it justifies the fact that Mines are ten times more annoying than St. Nicks.

Mines are way underpowered. They can be stopped by 2 sources that are cheaper then the mines themselves. St. Nicks and armor, and yes armor is cheaper because it block more then one mine. Also when you Nick someone it is guaranteed to work where a mine someone has to go to the site you placed the trap.

I agree that currently st nicks have an advantage, and I havnt successfully laid a mine in over 2 weeks. At the same time, 33000+ mines have been laid and only 10000+ st nicks have been laid...

urgh, 10? TEN? i can barely afford about 3 mines a week, and now they're destined to get blown away by st nicks instead of simply most of them..i think it's best to have mines and nicks equal. pay the amount of a mine to cost someone else the cost of a mine. perfectly fair.

and for the record, i think st nicks are more annoying - when they stack, it's not all at once, you're literally held back that many times.. and there's no limit, unlike when you get blown to 0 by mines, you can get blown far back by st nicks, especially if you want to move forward in destroying
