Earlier this week I discovered the tool Bar had stopped searching when I went to a new website on my laptop. Last night the same thing happened to my desktop. The tool bar worked for about an hour and now no longer does. This seems to only apply to the portion of the tool bar that collect data on the new website I have gone to such as granting me new data points or alerting me that a mission is available at this location. |

Windows XP & Firefox 2.0.0.13 To add to the confusion I just discovered my DP has increased by 4 after stepping away for a couple of hours. However, I still am unable to take any missions as PMOG does not run when I go to the first page of a mission. (Pop-up box does not appear to allow me to click next.) The best way to state it is that the circle that appears next to the IM button that indicates that the PMOG tool bar is communicating with the servers currently is not doing that. As if the tool bar does not want to communicate back to PMOG. |

I know it sounds redundant but have you completely closed firefox and re-opened it? It appears your toolbar either can't communicate efficiently with the PMOG servers (whether it's the servers or some net-goblin in between) or there is a deeper issue we're not aware of. Do me a favor and sign out of the PMOG toolbar and then sign back in. Let me know if it loads your data like you would expect it to. |

I have already done this without success. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the tool bar. On a side note, the tool bar is now sort of working at my office. I don't see it communicating with the PMOG servers, but I am getting popup notifications from PMOG at different websites I visit. I'm not getting any icons though such as a portal, just the lettering in the box. |
