I really really want to like PMOG. I am running 4.10 on FF 2.0.12. ButI have to disable it - switching tabs takes 30-90 seconds, I need to restart my browser 3 or 4 times a day to get the PMOG toolbar to respond again. It's a mess. Not sure where to start listing the bugs, but at the very least, not having to restart the browser even hour and not freezing up tabs would be a start.

Pretty sure that's your computer. I was running exactly the same thing (as I'm sure many other people were) and PMOG worked fine. I *have* heard of the "PMOG stops working after Firefox is open for a while" bug but restarting your browser shouldn't be too big of a deal (just for reference, I leave Firefox running for 24 hours a day and only need to restart 2 times at the most)...

What kind of specs do you have?

I also have the restarting issue, running most current versions of FF2 and PMOG, but I don't find it to be terribly intrusive. It's just annoying when I don't notice it's frozen and I'm frantically searching in a DP game, for example, or after I just spent an hour browsing around or something.

Anyway, I haven't found PMOG to have any effect on my browsing speed except when I have an absurd amount of tabs open.
