I'm still getting multiple messages when I level up. I just leveled up to lvl 5 and over the last five minutes I have recieved 4 "You just reached level 5, w00t!" messages from pmog. For level 3 I recieved 12 messages, for level 4 only 2. It's not really annoying or anything, but it's something I assume you want to fix.
