Hello, PMOG, I've created the following mission to try to encourage those of you with support related inquiries to e-mail your questions in. If you have a few minutes please take the following mission: http://pmog.com/missions/how_to_... This is to help clarify the somewhat confusing Help section of the website, which can be found here: http://pmog.com/help It also aims to encourage you to ask questions, even the most basic ones, in the security of a one-on-one environment. Posting on the forums is great, but truly might leave you under served if you're having a serious issue. The only way to guarantee yourself the help you deserve is by emailing your question in, which is outlined and further explained in the mission. In the coming months we will be moving towards a more complete solution for all your Support related needs, but for now, I want to encourage everyone to e-mail in their questions, concerns, comments, bugs, and abuse related issues.
