Top Known Issues
Last updated: 11 Aug 2008 (0900 PDT)

1. If you're experiencing only some aspects of the PMOG toolbar working, check and make sure you're accepting third party cookies. Firefox > Preferences > Privacy > Allow Third Party Cookies. We are working on a better error message and a one click solution.

2. More than one mine sometimes triggers on single page load; double DPs are being awarded randomly or for every single page. (Currently being investigated)

3. When another player is full of mines, and is mined, a mine is taken away from the miner.

4. Player rating is not visually updating on player profiles

5. There a number of grammatical issues with personal event feeds.

6. After completing a mission, a player may find themselves on ext.pmog.com. Be sure to you are on http://pmog.com before placing any tools or they will be lost.

A big thanks to each user who reported the preceding issues. We have currently have no ETA on when these issues will be fixed, but rest assured we are actively seeking to resolve each issue as quickly as possible.

There are a number of forum topics on each of bugs listed above. Please do not reply to this thread, instead, locate a corresponding thread, or e-mail PMOG support (http://pmog.com/about/contact) for more assistance or to report a workaround.

Lastly, this is not a comprehensive list of known issues. If you do not see your issue listed above, but have been told your problem is being investigated, it is.
