I have stashed quite a few crates on IMDB.com.. Why, because I am bored, I have tons of DP's, and lots of crates have little quips about where I put them.. Crates range from 30 DP's to 500 DP's. I am a huge movie buff.. 80's, B rate Horror, Classics, Special Effects, all that kinda thing and I just thought I would share my DP's with anyone else who likes movies! If you start from here and get to read this, be sure to post which movie/actor crate that you found. I would be interested in hearing your opinions! Lochen |

w00t! found one on Rutger Hauer page. I think his best movies were Ladyhawke and Blind Fury. And a pretty memorable role in Blade Runner. |

Found Nosferatu. Love that film... if you haven't, you should check out Werner Herzog's 1979 version starring Klaus Kinski. |

I have Director's cut of Blade Runner, and Ladyhawke. Blind Fury was also a good one.. I used to have a HUGE movie library, but it was an OLD, movie library consisting of 2 movies per BETA tape... That should date my collection by a bit! But since I broke my last Beta machine and couldn't find anyone to fix it for me I had to ditch my collection.. Packed away is my list of movies, so I am starting it all over again.. Unfortunately a handful of them will never make it onto DVD :( (I have crates on those too!!) |

@lochenblue Are you collecting DVD's or the new Blue Ray DVD's or both? |

@lochenblue, do you still have your betas?? I have a working Sanyo VTC5000, although I never use it just incase something goes wrong. I have a shocking collection of Betamax tapes. Unfortunately they were just too expensive, but the quality was better than VHS. There are a few places in the UK that will repair them still, and lots of places that will do transfer to DVD for you. @salmontickler, unfortunately I have only 1 beta tape left, and I kept that one because it was home movies of me acting like an idiot. I trashed 6 boxes of Beta tapes quite a few years back now. I can get that one tape transfered over, but back when I had all my tapes, there was no way in hell I had enough money to transfer all my movies over. @czarchron, I am looking at plain old DVD right now. It's going to be slow going anyway due to the prices and tracking down these movies.. (Thank you Blockbuster for your cheap sales) |

Shame there wasn't any on the pages for Noroi, A Tale of Two Sisters, Jacob's Ladder, [REC], or even Donnie Darko. Oh well, I'll keep searching. |

I have stashed three crates: One is on the trivia page of the actress who was in Gosford Park, California Suite and Curtain Call. One is on the page of the actor who had an appearance in Elizabeth - the golden age and the X-files. The last one's hides on the page of the 1996 film about a "mad monk" from Russia. |

Oh wow.. I guess some of my clues are easy... lol Ok.. Now, if I remember correctly, the 500 DP crate is one of the other clues from earlier.. Let me see if I can elaborate a bit.. Here is a good one... Shiny, Silver, Deadly...
Unfortunately, Haunted Television is the best clue I come up with... Happy Hunting |

A Boy and His Dog (50). Of course, there might be no connection between the clues and the fact that I find some of your (@lochenblue) crates over there. Actually, I'm not sure which clues may go together. Looks like there were several clues having to do with the Pittsburgh one... |
