So we Gamelayers have been really into making PMOG puns over the past few months. Here are a few we've come up with thus far:

heavysixer: lets make destroyer messages that allow us to attach mines to the body. Then for valentines we can send a message "Will you be mined valentine?"

capstinence: "you light my lightpost"

capstinence: "let's take a trip down the portal of love"

heavysixer: "can't crate to see you"

capstinence: "you're the cratest ever"

heavysixer: "i armour your armor "

capstinence: "c'est l'armor"

heavysixer: armor for my paramour

heavysixer: pair of armor for your paramour

heavysixer: love and rockets

heavysixer: "A good man is hard to mine"

justinreach: love is a playfield, fashioned out of urls using user generated content

heavysixer: "mission you already"

capstinence: "i'm wall about you"

mercivg: mission you already

heavysixer: mission you a happy valentine

heavysixer: your looks have benefactor in my love.

capstinence: quit passively playing games with my heart

heavysixer: "A good man is hard to mine"

"benefactor? more like benefaker" - cap

"we are but mere portals on this earth" - cap

"armor people signed up for pmog yet?" - cap

"crate mines think alike" - cap

Tull the seer went to Ul (a nearby shipping nexus) to find fame and fortune. Sadly, she found neither and ended up penniless in the streets. Poor Tull had not a portal to lay in Port Ul.

It seems like puns armor prevalent in online communities than in meatspace. Maybe because they're a convenient way to make a lightpost in a forum, when you need a written equivalent of smalltalk, as you can't seer hear the usual non-verbal cues that signal friendliness? Whatever the reason, wordplay seem to be an inevitable result of any web-based community you can crate. Not that I mine, you understand, it's just interesting.

To those whom are given crate things, crate things are expected.

Destroyers are often thrown out of bars because they are miners.

There once was a rich man who was touring an old church he was looking to purchase and tear down. By mistake, he was locked in overnight where he had a spiritual vision that changed his life. He began to give away all of his possessions to the poor and raising funds for orphans. His wife, a woman used to living in luxury often complained "One vigilante* thinks he's St. Nick!"

*vigil-and-he I know, I'm stretching it. I'll stop. For now.
