We need to band together and coordinate with each other. When Pmog speaks to us it should have something that peaks my interest as important. This platform is pretty semantic echoing the voice we let it amplify... that voice is us. If we sound boring it is because we as PMogers are boring as a community. This means we have to sit on our bacon more and start talking to each other in a more interpersonal level. Here is another example of what the semantic web could do for us... (looks at the portal and helps to guide you in). |

PMOG is what you make it. Many people have been extending PMOG via IRC, using the PMOG mail. Websites like Viking's Chaotic site. I like what you are saying about banding together. If you are interested in forming a new PMOG club, guild, or clan... I'm interested. re: your portal to RocketOn it says: "We're in Closed Alpha right now.", so I'm not sure how I can compare PMOG to some RocketOn vaporware? But I appreciate your enthusiasm. |

I tried the portal as well since I know how hard it is to get people to take portals, but yeah-- I have no idea what the point was since there's nothing to do on that site. It just looks like a game somewhat similar to this one. |

Nice now that I have you all hear the next step is to support each others work. Tell me where you are throwing portals and what you want these messages to say to the rest of PMOG. Why are we setting portals for Google and Yahoo? We as Seers are trend setters! Portals should expand the world not have us argue about what search engine is better. The only problem is this place in the internet is so big that talking to each other face to face or through word of mouth is the best way to relay information. Could RocketOn layer on top of pmog? Should RocketOn layer over pmog? What doe we all really feel pasionate about? That is what should be intresting to us all :-) |

LOL. Well think of Portals as "pop-up's" we are kind of annoying, invasive, direct and a lot of other thnigs (the pop-ups). If a few of us can agree on a stance to take, or issue to believe in, and say it together or coordinate a narrative then we amplify our own individual voices. Instead of whisper we as Seers will be able to SHOUT! Amplify our voice because seers are the opinion leaders of the web. Always out in the field. |

@mahzsa I am so with you, and will not sit on my bacon. That stuff goes in my mouth.. not under "me bum". @shyiskhar This has a very familiar smell.. smells like your "pro destroyer/nekkid mine stepping" thread. Are you handing out "rebel" training for DP. :P I have never really trusted a Seer.. this is probably why. He is trying to overrun Pmog and make us bow to him and his portals!

LOL! We all sit on our bacon from time to time throughout the day. Admit it! OK let me try to be clear. PMOG is humanly symantic. We speak to it and it speaks back. This is done both technologically (leaving crates, portals, and mines) and sociologically (Us discussing in forums and with eath other). This is when Pmog speaks to me (through everyone's portals, crates, and such) I am not emotionally compelled to listen. How do we stop from trolling missions and band factions together? How do we put out or publish quality content? If all the Seers banded together based on intrest and talked about topics they cared about they would be taking a "role" within the Pmog universe consolidating their power and political voices into one amplified shout becoming a sysmantic entity that shouts at you to take a portal and you as a user feel compelled enough to go down the rabbit hole? Hope that makes sense I have been trying to figgure out a way to explain it to you the masses :-) |

So it's sort of a guild of Seers that have similar interests that promote those interests via portals. And the combined number of portals pointed at similar topics sparks a collective shift in consciousness in the travelers of these portals. And in these way the guild of Seers gets their message out to the masses? hmmm... interesting. |

Exactly what I was thinking. It is a little hard to use subterfuge but with the portals we make we could turn it into a game or a real political message/movement. |

LOL! I guess I am alone in this. But it got people's attention and if you look at my badge and mission count I have not done much compared to others like a level 12 Beouin I just meet :-) Is there a better way to get people to collectively make my idea become a reality? Is this game/idea I am proposing interesting enough to work? |
