Leave a crate on their profile. They're the only one who can pick it up that way. And have them leave their crate on your profile. |

Try to build up a relationship with someone who will sell or buy from you. Look through the trading forums, some people trade regularly and are reliable - I trade if you want stuff. An idea is to have a look at some tags on people's profiles, or comments about them on threads. |

There's absolutely no guarentee that whoever gives the goods first will not be ripped off. Remember that. Whoever crates first is acting on faith, and faith alone, that the other person will not just say "Hmph, well I got his stuff already, screw this, I'm keepin' it all!" So just be careful of where you place your faith. |

Maybe we could have a trader rating like ebay, Keeping with the star theme, use the current one which reflects how many people you mine, and a new one designed around how reliable a trader you are. |

I'm having thread flashbacks. :) While it'd be mechanically interesting to add some trading feedback system, I don't think we'll need one until players start clamoring for a real trading system, at which point I would just hand them that instead. We don't really seem to care enough to want a real trading system, the profile crating seems to go well. |
