Are you trying to kill me? Muffins are much more fattening than people realize. They are loaded with refined sugars and carbohydrates. I appreciate the love, but please redirect muffins to hungry birds or starving people.

a low-fat, low-carb Muffins recipe:

Muffins with grapes

ingredience for 12 Muffins with ca. 90 kcal per Muffin:
100 g Whole Grain Flour
60 g Flour
1½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Margarine, molten (i guess there is some sort of low-fat margarine out there.)
1 a tablespoonful of Sugar
2 Eggs
Vanilla/Vanilla sugar
½ Teaspoons of cinnamon
150 ml low-fat milk
150 g small grapes

(if some of the words don't fit into a Muffin recipe, its a translating mistake...we never talked about Muffin recipes in my english lessons, so i had to look up nearly every Word)

My muffins are low in sugar, low in carbs. Then I can add all kinds of things to make them taste good. Like blueberries.

Blueberries contain valuable anti-oxidants, Vitamin B6, C, K, fiber, and Manganese - which is also used in gasoline to improve octane and reduce engine knocking.
I am coming out in favor of blueberries.
