 Mission Description
Since Prohibition was enacted (and even after it was repealed), there's been a sharp decline in the variety of ingredients used in cocktails. The problem has been exacerbated by the emphasis on drinks that are quick and easy to assemble; the tradeoff naturally comes in that several popular drinks are nearly undrinkable shadows of former cocktails.
It was not always so, and it need not be so. As a followup to my previous bartending blogs mission, I invite you to take a journey to see some classic drink ingredients that still deserve a good home in your home (or commercial!) bar.
