As the costs of fossil fuels keep rising and supplies diminish we are faced with many choices on how to power our future. The term "Alternative Energy" encompasses far more choices that what the mainstream media reports on.
This is just a brief look at the most common choices and some sites where you might find projects you can do now to start making yourself more energy independent.
