Once Darl McBride took the helm of SCO, it seems their chief product became a litigation shell game, or even a game of legal chicken. SCO's big play was the big bluff: cry IP infringement and see how much settlement money can be raked in from those running scared. The Linux community was not amused. Nor did they flinch. Here's the tale as seen in the eyes of an open-source enthusiast.
